HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN AND WHAT IS THE RETURN COST?
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID
Please send us an email at info@buttermlkswimwear.com to initiate your return. Returns without sending an email first will not be accepted.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

BUTTERMLK is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
To apply your gift card to your order simply insert the code in the box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code". Gift cards will be valid indefinitely.
